Ok so after a little more research I think I am going to just replace the bose speaker amp with another one for now. Funds are limiting my options right now. So if anyone has one they need to get rid of then let me know. Cheers Ricky

It's more of the wiring side I'm worried about Dave! I just checked my amp and it's a mono amp, which won't do right? The door and rear speakers do run off the bose amp aswell as the sub right? So I'm going to have to get another amp and all the necessary wiring for a proper job...

Hahaha thanks Dave. It's just fitting it that's the problem at the moment as I'm not sure if I can tackle this! Going to have to do a bit more research first. Iv literally just spent a lot on her already so paying someone to do it is out of the question í ½í¸­

So what would be my options now? Iv got a spare amp at home but I understand the wiring would have to be changed as well?

Hi guys I have an alpine headunit, audiobahn rear speakers, stock front speakers, sub and amp. So I turned my volume up a little higher than usual the other day. Up to about 10-12 with busters rca jobby! And the audio just cut out, only playing a very loud buzz( it seems mainly from the left front). The screen still works and is showing the cd is playing and it's the same with radio too. It only stops when I turn the system off but comes back as soon as I turn it on! Iv taken a look behind and all the wiring seems fine. Maybe something to do with the amp? Or the actual headunit itself? Wish I just stuck with the stock bose now! 😔 Any ideas will be much appreciated, cheers Ricky

Windows Surface RT tablet 32gb with touchpad keyboard and case Bought new only 3 months ago, i just don't use it enough to justify owning it anymore.It comes with original box and instructions, it can do pretty much anything you want in a tablet. In excellent condition, screen is scratch free as new. The back has a small bubble mark where the built in stand opens up, other than that it is also in perfect condition without a scratch. It comes with the optional detachable keyboard and a good quality thick case. The case is originally designed for the Macbook Air but it fits PERFECTLY! I really struggled to find a nice case for this tablet until i stumbled across this, it is reversible from grey with orange top edge to purple with orange top edge. Tablet will be restored to original settings prior to sale. Thanks again un1eash, I haven't tried to fix it yet since the last time I gave up! That's the only thing that I can think of that I might of wired up wrong though. On that connector I have a pink/black wire which I presume is the pink/blue (acc). I have no black(earth) wire but there is a grey one which I presume is the earth wire? It's going to be the weekend before I have time to tackle this again : (

Hi guys and girls, if anyone is changing or removing their bose head unit any time soon can you do me a massive favour please? I need a photo of the bose harness, specifically the connector with the speakers etc: I pulled the connector into 2 parts so I need a photo showing which wire goes into which slot as my wire colours seem to be different to ones I have found online. Thanks for your help, Ricky
