I think you may have overdone it too - I did that at first as you dont realise how much you are adjusting with each turn. It does make your cheeks clench when it sticks and you are in fast traffic having just changed up! May I suggest that you wind it out again until you just touch the sensor and test again. It is trial and error as you have to be comfortable with it. I have gone back to the thud of the return spring but at least I am not chuffing up my clutch or overdrive.

I am looking for the panel that surrounds the gearstick/gaiter/housing. Not sure what to call it but it is the black panel that also holds the 3 switches.

The guy who had my 54 plate Zed before me looked like he/she was trying to paint the sliver bit and got paint everywhere. I have tried to adios it but cant shift it and dont want to ruin the panel completely till I get another one.

Nice one Chris. It did look a beast when I saw it the other week at the Zed Shed but it would scare the shitola out of me if i was in it!

Got a set of standard alloys that need a refurb with tyres. Front 2 plenty of tread and the rears are just legal.
