I use 3000 grit sandpaper with plenty of water and then finish out with chemical guys V34 cutting polish.

I've done quite a few headlights now and they have all come up like new.

Strangely my zed has an uprev tune from abbey and it does around 32 mpg.

I've just bought a cheap primera 1.8 to use over winter and the zed is considerably better on fuel.
