RS Tuning in Leeds charged £300 to remove it and remap to 324bhp on 95RON.

Thanks for the advice there Garetgax. Blacky, it's a place near me in a town called Waterbeach (Nr Cambridge), they take cars apart but mostly after accidents. They offered me £50 for a full RX-8 system, I was quite surprised when they doubled that for this one.

The System has been sold and collected Hi guys, I've fitted a new exhaust system to my 350Z because I wanted more noise and a bit more power, and so I have a standard exhaust system on my hands that I have no need for. It is completely standard, and has been on my car since it was brand new. Thus it has covered approximately 35,000 miles. It seems to be in good condition and I've never had any concerns over it. I've attached photos taken today in my garden seeing as it wasn't raining at last. Price wise I'm open to offers, either via here or PM. Hopefully over what the scrap dealer will give me which is £100 If possible, I'd prefer buyer collects, due to my lack of suitable packaging materials. However if an offer tomes in that is too good to refuse, then of course I'm sure I can find a padded box from.. Somewhere, Thanks for your time! Scott.

Hey guys, Sorry to hear of your accident Peter. I feel for you. I got swiped in my last car and it's a horrible feeling, in some ways worse that a bigger crash as a side impact. I've bought my tickets already, so was only after a stand pass, so if someone else needs a ticket..? If not, then whoever else would like it is more than welcome. Guys, I just took delivery of a Nismo gear knob, however the fitting instructions seem to paint a picture of a very complicated procedure involving wrenches, tape and radiator hose. Would anyone be able to give me a hand at the event? I thought it would just be a screw one off put one on.. Now I get a big warning on page two of the instructions saying I could damage the transmission if done wrong?! Any help appreciated, beers/cokes willing to be offered. Thanks, Scott.

Is it a 2ltr.. or a 1.8. He did look horrified when I politely corrected him. Then proceeded to guess what it was. GT-R? Porsche? ... Hmm... Ok.. So... Caterham? *Sigh* Amazing what taking the badges off does..
