Stew - yes my car is Blade and I think I am going to go for Gloss... Brown - I will probably do a little photoshop tomorrow from a different angle just to see but I really don't want the pillars done. I am 100% certain that I will be doing only the roof and front lip. I want it to be very subtle and almost look OEM like some new cars these days that have black roofs. As for the black badges, I'm not too keen on them and I don't want to start messing about heating badges off of my car.. I have done that in the past and messed things up!!! lol Thanks for the ideas and input thought dude

Hi everyone! I am now selling my Rays Engineering 18" Forged Alloys as I now have 20's and no room for these. Pics: They do have some kerbing, one is worse than the rest but it's only on the very edge so shouldn't be too much of an expensive refurb. Tyres are quite strange actually - These are what were on the car when I bought it and after all of the posts about how the wrong tyres ruin the Z, I was very surprised to see that there are 3 different makes of tyre on the car! Even with this, the car always drove perfectly and I have had it for 6 months. Tyre info: 1 X Bridgestone Potenza with around 2mm tread 1 X Bridgestone Potenza with around 1mm tread 1 X Federal Super Steel 595 with around 4mm tread 1 X Dunlop SP Sport 2050 with 4/5mm tread Now for the price, I have always watched Rays sales on here and noticed that they usually go for about £700 with a decent set of tyres. I am looking for £550 for the lot. That's taking into account the fact that they will need a bit of TLC and 2 new tyres... Even so, I am open to offers! Many thanks, Ryan

I have seen a few matt black roofs lately and I do think they look good even on a gloss car but I'm really not sure still! I might go to the wrapping place and get them to lay some samples on the roof for me to see what it will ACTAULLY look like... Hmmmmmm

Hi everyone! Picked up my wheels from Danny (D4XNY) on Sunday and fitted them, I think they have totally transformed my car! So happy! Now in order to make the black of the wheels fit a bit better, I will be having some bodyparts wrapped in black but I can't decide whether to go Matt Black or Gloss... So the question is, based on the image at the bottom, do we think: OPTION A: Matt black roof and front lip / grille OPTION B: Matt black roof and GLOSS lip / grille OPTION C: Gloss black roof, lip & grille I am swaying toward matt black roof and gloss black grille / lip but am unsure whether it will look odd if everything isn't the same? Lol.. thanks guys.. I think haha... I know it's a very TEMPORARY job but I thought I would have a go.. Wish I could have got my hands on a welding kit so I wouldn't have had to bother with the silly heat tape but it seems to be holding quite well after an hour drive earlier so fingers crossed!

Hi everyone! I posted up a while back about my exhaust suddenly becoming let's say "loud". Turned out it was the common problem where just before the rear backbox, the join had broken completely off! There was nothing connecting the exhaust to the backbox anymore! Anyway, while I decide what to do, IE get an aftermarket exhaust or just have a stainless one made, I decided to shut the car up by trying to repair it myself, and I think I did a pretty good job as it's SO QUIET now! PICS OF MY "HANDYWORK"..... (Feel free to laugh) Up on the ramp... The offending break... This was tricky... After 20 mins and a hacksaw... The repair kit... Phase 1... Phase 2... Only time will tell if I have done it right!! Ryan

After some research I think I am going to go for something that doesn't require longer studs... Anyone know if 7mm needs longer studs or not? I think 5mm is the most you can get away with TBH. I tried the 10mm spacers on and I could only get 5 turns on the nuts and you need 9 (I think). I settled for 5mm just to be absolutely safe. Pete Thanks Pete I will get some 5's

I am after some 10mm spacers for my car. Only for the front as the offset of my new wheels is more aggressive than the old ones making the 20mm spacers I had too wide...
