Bought the Cobra hfc,s from c.s . Good sound but the n/s one was a poor fit and caused bad vibration as it touched the body. Had to dolly the panel quite a lot to stop the annoying rattle. Fitted the Invidia exhaust also from c.s. Some problem with the compression joint on the o/s after cat pipe blowing. Fitted extra gaskets and exhaust sealant to cure the problem. No help or explanation from Invidia.
Previous zed had non resonated Cobra cat back and Berks hfc,s Too loud and loads of drone at any revs.Bit boy racer for me.

Welcome and I hope you will enjoy owning the Zed. No comparison to the M3.. I once owned a new E 46 Phoenix yellow Smg. I,ve had four Zeds since then including my current one which I,ve owned twice !
Beware Zeditis though.

I,m on my third mid life crisis so it was a natural...previously on Jaguar the Mercedes forums... This one,s by far the best.

24k miles on the clock and two months in...dual mass flywheel,clutch,banana bar....fifth Zed and the first with any problems. Good luck !

Been lowered now and has correct tyres so sitting better. Your rears to the front 255 and 275 rears

Thanks for the comments well pleased so far...would have gone for a 40 profile but not enough clearance on the front to match the set I also like the crouched stance with the higher tail.
Take your point with milling.it was a suggestion from my tyre guy.
Done enough for now so I.m looking at interior mood lighting as the next project.

Big welcome.. great forum this despite one or two sharp comments occasionally.
Plenty of expert advice which will save you time and money.
The traders I,ve dealt with so far have all gone beyond just good service and generally offer very professional advice for your planned mods.
Finally,.... good job on the Mini. If you apply the same kills to your Zed it should be one to watch.

Sold my convertible in June. Great car and no problems with rigidity. Replaced with another coupe for two reasons.
100kgs heavier than the coupe so slower acceleration.
Roof up looks less sleek. However,roof down looks great....IMHO
Drove 90 % roof up

Had my HR 313 up revel to 331 by tdi North and it still feels slow. Probably just me getting used to it. New clutch,DMF and full exhaust fitted too.
