Was coming home from work the other day and it just came to a stand. now when i try to start her, she starts fine and splutters like fuel starvation and dies?

Starts fine each time but then splutter, choke n dies again. Its like the bowls filling and then emptying for example. try to put your foot on pedal and its too much and wont start? Any ideas? Fuel pump?etc

I o Cookbot am apology as i paid him a deposit and a week later got mashed up. he's vanished though? so if you read this fella..soz but wasnt around or awake for that matter for the first month.

Don't ever be put off Neil. The only reason im not getting another is i promised my daughter. But other than that ive been riding for over 30 years and had a few mishaps and been to a few funerals but i have NEVER regretted riding a bike.

I've still got a 1600 VW Trike in the Garage and will be riding that. But my HD days are gone. The HD looked like a Range Rover/Harley 1450 FLH hybrid.

Theres been a bit of rebuilding but im all ok now. had 8 months in bed due to a nice lady in a Range Rover. mind you? she might be buying me a nice white 370Z with the Comp or paying the mortage off!

After suffering a bike accident last year n braking my neck, jaw, back, Both Arms, ribs and a few other things which left me a bit hit n miss for a while. Im back.

Sorry to say my Biking days are over but my Z days are not.

Dusted the Z off n gave her a wash n 1st turn of key she started..wow! i love her more than i love myself..lol

Can anyone inform me where to purchase rear brake pads for an '02 JDM? Had a gander at eBay that claim to be for my car but there's a number of different advertisements that all look different lol.

Also, one of my headlight bulbs (Only the 'dip' function) has blown, the garage it's just been serviced at says it's £100 FOR A BULB! Is this true? Kakking myself about it! Lol.

changed the alternator and Air con belts yesterday and noticed today the revs are lumpy on idle where as before they sat perfect?

is this likely to be something ive done?

I hated waiting for my car to be finished. But the results were worth waiting for. Its going to look great!

ive still got my triumph bonny i bought at 17 which was 1983 though i only ride her every now and again. My FLH HD ive had 14 years too n she's ridden all year round. The VW Trike ive had since 98 too.

ive owned my MG ZT since 2003 when it only had 14 mile on the clock and she's got 106000 now. In all that time she's only had 1 set of injectors, 1 set of discs (Several pads) and an alternator. The Original exhaust has just started to blow and will need replacing.

If the Z runs and lasts as well as the MG ill be happy.

So i guess im a horder of toys!

I've ordered a set of dials. I can barely be trusted with a plastic spork unsupervised.

Non at all! had the cops behind me, in front, side,etc n everything ok! That dosnt mean im not gunna come accross a stroppy jobs worth one day.

Looks good Jed. Only thing that would freak me out is that floor mat, only because all I would think about is that plastic wrecking expensive shoes.

Nope not yet. cookbot for carputer at end of july and then full interior change to include my bride seats, carbon momo steering wheel and interior wrap and re-carpet (Fag burns from previouse owner on floor)

 

oh yer! cheap car mats were a pressi of the daughter for fathers day n no i dont like them but hate to see a 6 year old cry!

Have to admire the effort and work gone in there, really not my cup of tea though

Yea, the one that already contains the bird view is fine, if not better. The pull down flap colour will match the rest of the dash. Pricing in the first post.
