  1. Biggy,

Is the Lime Prime instead of polish? or is it polish?

I put a basket together and it's coming out at £150 :(. I guess it will last me quite a while.

Lime prime is a pre wax cleanser, it cleans the paint and creates a surface ready for wax to be applied, Lime prime has got a few abrasives in it, so it'll give it a little bit of cut to remove light swirls, lime prime light hasn't got any cut and will simply cleanse the paint

You only really need polish if your cars in a very bad way.

  2. Here's my cat Jager (named after the drink jagermeister)

She's a year old and an absolute fruit cake, she likes nothing more then jumping in the neighbours cars, bringing home live birds and "playing" with them infront of the histericaly screaming girlfriend,

She also goes out for a whole weekend and returns back sunday morning looking like shes had a dirty weekend away in blackpool lol

    Lime Prime -https://www.envyvaleting.com/products_info.asp?id=113

Wax of your choice - Any of the Dodo range

Quick Detailer - Red mist Tropical or Zaino Z8 been my favourites.

  4. As long as you rinse the car after washing it leaving plenty of water on the body work, going over it after with a rubber water squeedgie thing then use a drying towel, you should have no water marks.

That's actually pretty bad technique dude, the more water you leave on, the more water you gotta dry off the car, and rubber water dispensers are a big swirl cause as it drags along the paint, best tip for drying your car is spray some quick detailer on the car when it's wet before drying, as it acts as an aid

  5. Yes rich, you'd probably be best off leavin the car for a few weeks letting the wax wear off naturally, then the easiest way to remove wax afterwards is to put some APC in with the snow foam, if you haven't got snow foam, put a little in with your was bucket and that should help take off the remainder of the wax.

Then apply your black hole and wax on top of that.

  6. Yeah Leicester would be ok, I should be able to squeeze two cars into one day as well, I'm away at the moment, so should be able to give you available dates on Monday at some point,

I would ask a little bit of money for fuel if that's ok?

  7. Yeah this is only an enhancement dude, where as yours for £350 would have seen between 90 - 99% correction, this only light correction, it's only designed to take out light swirl marks B)

I will probably be able to do this detail in a lot less time, but i give the 7 hours so i can go through with people exactly what it is i'm doing, and also give people pointers and tips on the best way of maintaining there car after a detail.
