  1. I work on the railway, so i know abit about privitisation, i didn't go through it myself as i joined afterwards, but my old man did.

To start with i think it will do the hosipitals a world of good, as all the different companies that will be created by this will all be competing to offer the best services, which will mean increased cleanliness, treatment, lower waiting times etc,

Hopefully theres no cutbacks in years to come as we've all seen on the railway.

  2. Sorry about the ammount of photos, the rain was a constant threat and i just needed to get on with it tbh,

First pic i got is me starting on the wheels:

    DSC02372.jpg

Used autobrite wheel gel and a horsehairs brush:

    once aggitated:

    DSC02374.jpg

Then i rinsed the wheels, and cleaned the barrels using a long reach brush, and also cleaned the tyres and the brake calipers and inner arches, (no pics sorry)

The car was then given a quick coating of citrus degreaser and then snowfoamed:

(snow foam was coming off by time i took pic)

Then i went round with the Apc cleaning all the badges and door shuts etc etc

    DSC02376.jpg

then i gave the car another layer of snow foam and cleaned the car using two bucket method, dodo wash mitt and dodo BTBM (no pics cus of rain)

    then onto claying:

    DSC02377.jpg

Car was clayed using dodo supernatural clay in places and megs clay in others

    car wasn't too bad

    DSC02378.jpg

Then i started on the engine bay

    before pics:

i did the exhausts using #00 grade wire wool and megs metal polish

Then Hugh asked me to have a look at his headlights, which had a few scratches in them and was turning cloudy

Used a spot polishing pad and 3M extra fine polish to sort those out:

    DSC02397.jpg

Dunno how well you can see the difference in those pics..

Anyway due to the big rain clouds that seemed to be circling above, i decided to put the camera down and just get on with it,

The car paint was cleansed and enhanced with Dodo lime prime on a 3M finishing pad, to good effect,

Caught a few pics of the finish:

then was given two layers of dodo juice supernatural, the wheels where sealed with poor boys wheel sealant, tyres and trim dressed with megs endurance gel,

then the whole car given a wipe down with zaino Z8.

    Enjoy the finished Pics:

  3. That looks a nice ZED and I can't remember seeing a Kuro Nismo one before. With the level of kit on it and the condition in the photos that does look a good buy. All it really needs is the Nismo wheels ;)

And I had many compliments about the Alezan in my previous (black) Zed - a colour combination that I think is the most successful, IMO.

I agree with Colin Rich ... give it a test drive to my house on Saturday

I wish ! I think im gonna have to use the girlfriends ka for the trip, and the things falling apart!! Lol
