Bit of a rant really...

 

I love TVRs. I think they have soul and only real petrolheads drive them. But what is it with the damn things swamping every single meet (especially with PistonHeads)! You can always be sure that at least 1 will always pop up at a gathering of cars.

 

Don't get me wrong, I love seeing a convoy of them but it seems every time a meet or run is organised the damn owners always turn up with their mates and their mates mates and so on and overwhelmingly take over.

 

The drivers are often enduring their mid life crises (no offence to some here ) and feel when I turn up its a case of "oh look a Jap car...another fast and furious wannabe. Move over with the scoobs and us TVRs will stick together in our millions" and they carry on chin wagging about god damn TVRs.

 

Is it just me that finds this?!

 

Why can't it be a load of lotus' or something instead?

 

All I hear are TVRs. All I see are TVRs! I want some different eye candy...

Generally people know whether its a traffic light drag race or not. The two drivers always generally pick up on it and edge forward etc.

The best race i had was with an m3, those things are good.

I dont know anyone who has never tried booting it away from lights. People buy big cars to show off and go fast. If not then buy a fiesta or clio 1.2.

A z350 would never beat an M3 !! My Z3M Roadster was far faster and better handeling than My Z

However what make that cone filter is does'nt matter You would be better off installing the Injen kit as a full CAI, if it came complete with the car (The CAI sits infront of the radiator and delivers cold charge air which is better for performance), if not enjoy the noise

Running this as a CAI will also mean you wont suffer from heat soak

Ok will have a look making one in alloy as I did with my zM3 it was a tight space but worked well only difference is the zm3 was ducted from the spoiler so it was like forced induction but cant see much with the 350 but will strip front off and see if I can put a concealed scoop and ducting to it similar to the one made for my TVR

Hi how slow are the factory fit sat navs to program and how do you put in postcodes ? this is a bird view version 5. something ?

No seriously Guys I love the sound it puts a big smile on mi face but causes me to keep the revs high

as for the divider it is a god send for me serves a good purpous and when you aint got anyone to shop for you yes you have to shop in the Z but park it furthest away to advoid the shopping trolly amature drivers
