Mark and Howard since being in a three piece have really shown off their talents as singers - on their tour they've just finished they both had lots of songs and proved everyone wrong about their talent- they are all very very good singers and Gary isn't the only talent

The dancing is so good, they're just having fun ! Mark and Howard can really dance - Gary cringes his way through and gives it a go in jest but he knows he's not the best dancer, good on him though for joining in and respect to them they've been together 25 years and they're now better than ever (in my opinion haha) also, some celebs are horrible people and don't care about fans etc, these boys do everything they can and are always polite and up for photos even when they've not slept or they're being rushed by security- genuinely nice band. They all can sing & since the Beetles they've really shown many many other boybands up, one direction I doubt will be going in another 20 years ;-)

Hey all, wow some awesome photos ! thanks to everyone who came along, what a brilliant turnout, I had some great feedback from the Datsun guys too- we will need a bigger car park soon!! I think Ace is a great venue for this though... thanks all for making it such a fun good meet

Hey - if you cant arrive together probably wont be parked together - however from 3pm when people are starting to leave I think its very possible to move and park next to each other for photos...

Hey, thanks Adrian and Colin for mentioning everyone can come along! there is space in the road just outside the cafe and its safe there to park.

Also, I wasn't clear on my reserved spaces I don't think- as this is a general "Z" day and not this clubs day (we have that earlier in the year) I keep some spaces free for other Z clubs - I have asked two clubs for help - they came along last year too, hoping for a few more this year. I will know by Thursday evening latest how many other Z models I have joining us, I just added two i have coming... i am waiting to hear from others. So re check Friday to see if you're on the main list and in the car park (those on the reserve.)

OK, so after talking with Octet - who can sponsor a competition but not run one- there will not be one unless some one wants to run one, the last three years I have pulled something out of the bag, with the last year bringing Clarion and the Talk Audio presenter along- but that was a free of charge favour to myself and a one off.

Unfortunately i don't have the time to get a competition together for this , but it will still be a great Z meet with great people, warm food and drinks and a car park hopefully full of Zeds So unless anyone volunteers on here to do a competition going forwards this is just a meet at Ace for breakfast / lunch & lots of Zed talk for us in London

It was fun the show and shine comps but unfortunately I don't have the time to take it on, i have a full time job and two part time ones that are keeping me too busy! They wont stop me organising show stands and places for the club though as i have been for a few years

Adrian - this would be fab !!! yes please!!! i havent had a chance o sort any show and shine, as have a new job... so there is not anything planned- but if you wish to run one- that would be great but i would need to leave it mostly to you - i did have talks with a well known company to help do something (no clarion this time...) and they maybe sending me goody bags for people on arrival...

List is already going strong! I know Stevo has mentioned japshow finale - Santa Pod- its two days at that and the main day there is the Sunday- I will be at at Ace Sat and Japshow Sunday for the main day just wanted to let anyone know who thought they couldnt make both!

my Dad bought me a key fob on amazon and thinks there are videos of how to program it, but i am nervous about that- think i'll need a professional so i dont mess up my immobiliser or anything!

Unsure if this is the correct place for this post... sorry if it isn't..

When I bought my Zed she only had one Key Fob with a key on.

I thought the battery was going on my keyfob so I took it to Timpsons who replaced the batt for me.

I get back to Zed and again it takes 10 plus times to open and lock her, sometimes more frustratingly.

So I go back to Timpsons, they check the buttons- they tell me the buttons are fine. They check the fobs signal strength and tell me its so weak they cant read it on their machine. They clean my key fob too inside - no joy.

Nissan gave me the part number and quoted me £359.99 !! For another key fob .. i dont even know if that includes them programming it to my Zed!

does anyone have any suggestions as where else I can get another key fob for my Zed, and how I get it programmed? ideally I'd liek it all kept the same as the other key fob !?

I have organised another Zed day at Ace Cafe - Sat 10th October 11am-4pm. (UPDATE: please see info below in red about prizes)

There are 40 spaces remaining - I have allocated 10 to another club for 240z's. 260z's and 280z's

If they don't need the 10 I will let you all know but lets see if we can get 40 names down from here first :-) Its all "Zed models" so any Zed is welcome

Next year I will book these more in the warmer weather, they get snapped up so quickly!

Also if we dont fill the 50 spaces and you'd like to come but cant bring a Zed - we can have a reserve list of non Zeds to park inside IF room - if they park over the far side I cant see why not :-) obviously we wont know if room in the car park till a few days before when i give the final count and list over to Ace Cafe

Thank you to all of you who kept this thread up to date, I know I am not on here every day and it really helps. Thank you for bringing all the flags, we had a brilliant stand. Let's hope we can go back in 2016 , massive thanks to Ross for allowing us a bigger stand and allowing our club to display at such a great car show, at the best location!

We had a great stand and the sun was shining, I couldn't have asked for more. I was burnt though haha!
