  1. seems very good value assuming its not a dog...

There was a real nice one on here being sold black, 2007, low millage started at 18k then went down to 13k.

When i was looking 2007 were like 16k+ basic spec, as soon as you got nismo kits etc they went up and up

  2. lol or even a "dinner date" with Gemma Massey.

but very naughty of them to not ask, as unless you gave permission at the show then you could ask for a full recall of all leaflets and/or royalties i would have thought!

  3. I got the Mont Blanc Meisterstück Wallet, 6 cc as a present from the missus, she also bought me the two pen wallet type holder since I had the pen and pencil set.

Love Mont Blanc stuff and this wallet has lasted me much longer than any other wallet.

Highly recommend it. It's also subtle in styling with the trademark black and white logo on the front.

Yeah that was one of the ones i was looking at, just loved some of the ideas when they make the wallet, pladium coated metal around the logo, hand made, angled card slots so your cards come out easier rather then putting them upside down etc..

Thing is they are exspensive, but then again how long do you keep a wallet for most of mine have lasted a good 6-7 years, so £15 a year is not alot.

  4. yep but it doesnt matter to me how it looks  Im not an elegant guy lol, im a workie scumbag from a small mental scottish village

+1 ...... apart from not being elegant, being a workie scumbag and coming from a mental Scottish Village

Function over rip off price  after all it will spend most of its time in a pocket  mine was only £32.... in the sale.

...but we all have 350z on that logic are we not better buying a car more suited to our jobs, in my case i drive 15 mins to work ever morning so probably could do with a push bike lol

I just like to be a little different and a Mont Blanc wallet for example although fairly pricey it its too showy but you know its all hand made, from top quality leather, sometimes with a platinum plated emblum etc..

But like i said i just like to be a little different so if there was a wallet i thought was cool, and maybe a little different for £20 i would go for it.

  5. a metal card holder, as i tend to lose my wallet as i dont here it dropping. I also have it wrapped up in an abundance of crinkly notes along side a blue pen stained work id

Yeah i did consider a metal card holder, just always thought its not quite as elegant paying etc as a wallet, like you have to flick through your cards to find you cc, or store discount or whatever... unlike a wallet you have the cards in the seperate compartments so you know where to locate them etc..

    Or am I wrong?

  6. Completely agree with everyone who says you dont really have a choice.

This is one of the majour scams with internet providers unfortuinaly they get people on thier books with a really cheap first year, then when it rolls over bam they hit you.

Nothing you can do you have to pay. They are rolling contracts. (My legal team at work will never let any contract get signed that has a rolling clause they always insist a date is set even if it is 5 years etc.. as they have had such trouble in the past with fake charities etc.. setting up donation contracts that get forgotton about in the system, people leave who originally signed them etc.. and before they know it they are paying £1000s every year to scams/services the company doesnt use/need/want)

  7. I got one of these when they were first released about 3 years - best thing I ever did  Our Sony TV has Freeview built in but rarely use it - mainly for the Dave channel.

Saved £40 a month going into Sky's coffers, which to my mind is way over-priced unless you perhaps are big footie fan. Humax paid for itself in less than a year and were able to use the sky dish, so no extra cost there.

We have the original 320gb hard drive and record quite a lot and yet I have have not seen in excess of 20% of hard disk useage. So, for example, if you want to record all the FI qualifying and races over the year - no problem ;)

Completely agree with you we have a Humax HD Foxsat box with 320gb storage i beleive. And it is best thing we ever did, (we couldnt get normal TV as place we were renting had no ariel but it did have a dish, we considered sky then heard about these)

Well worth the money, we havent ever run out of space and the GF has loads and loads on series link, as long as you watch the stuff then deleate its fine.

Also it now has Iplayer although this is probably one of the not so great features as its a little slow in loading (not due to broadband but software)

    Couldnt recomend more!

  8. Hi All,

Was just after some friendly advice/ being nosey.

I for the last 5 years or so have had the same Armarni card holder wallet. Its a very thin wallet, no change holder no fold over, just for folder cash and cards. it has done me proudly and unfortunatly it is breaking up so i am looking for something new. (it is similarish to this one, but smooth leather and no metalic bar just an embosed eagle at the bottom http://www.vont.co.uk/product/63/2327/A ... older.html)

I have been looking at some of the Mont Blanc wallets and Dunhil ones but other then that I cant find anything that takes my fancy. I quite liked my original wallet as it was a tad unsual being quite small it also meant it fitted easily in my pocket with phone etc..

Anyone have any wallet recomendations, advice? Budget wise im looking at no more then £150 max really, but tbh i would also be happy going for something that was £20 if it was a little different and fit the bill.

So whats in your back pocket?!

  9. Warning!!

The 350Z Procharger kit does not come with timing controls. There is a long history of blown engines due to this and it is highly advised that you purchase either a full engine management system?, or a timing control box to prevent damage to your 350Z.

thts would i would guess he on about from wiki site

If it is that then its pretty normal.

Anyone who buys any form of FI kit & doesn't tune it deserves to have a blown engine, tbh anyone that stupid shouldn't be near a car

Ah i thought it was implying you would need an extra part not just a tuneup/remap.
