I just spoke to surrey Car Radio who did my audio. They said it requires heat to it to make the material stick to the metal, good contact. But as far as i know it goes on the metal work of the area you rapplying it to so yo would have to make sure you clean the surface so theres no bumps in it. Also use a small roller which is included with some packs of dynmat>

I dunno, i only know this brand. Ive heard of one called Brown Bread but every audio shop sells Dynamat so went with that. I bought so much i wonder if i could double up on the boot floor. When driving u turn ur head to the side and all you hear is the rear tyres, which annoys the crapola out of me so hopefully it will cure it

Just ordered a a 'trunk kit' 5 sheets 18x36 so should be enough. Then change that carpet so my shopping dont slip all over the place

Well i have just Dynamat'ed the boot so it should be a nice combo with the Pop charger and the plenum spacer (when thats fitted)

Creatine shouldnt be relied on as a muscle builder. How do u know your body needs it. People who buy off the shelf crap like Maximuscle ( who are crap) have no idea what affect it might have on them. the best and first part of a good diet is to take a Live blood anaylsis and electrodermal. it can find intolerances in your blood in which u may not even have known about. and to see how your body reacts with certain foods like wheat, caffeine, tourine, gluten etc. + many more things. A good sensible diet with enough calories (min 3000) and a good mix of strength, muscle endurance and hyper trophy sessions changed every 2 months , 3 times a week will be more than enough to achieve most goals. disipline is always king !! Muscle building needs minimun cardio to get size. But we are all different and all unique in our blood system, metabolism, in tolerances and diet so there will never be a 1 for all exercise/ diet. rant over

nah not that one, its got spats on the front bumper. im still looking but to no avail.
