How much did it go for out of interest?

How much did you pay? And I want a uk standard exhaust too to go on my JDM as its too quiet :-(

Is there nothing that can be done to the JDM exhaust to make is sound more UK like??

Have you got a picture of the lights on at night, just the LED's and one with both on ??

I have to agree, I have just picked up my JDM and it is not a deep as the UK model.... Question is, what do I change it too?

Like it, was that on when you bought it or have you added to it ? If the latter how much were the parts?

Hi All Picked up my 350z on Tuesday and bar the fu**ers at Asda everything has gone well and I love the car. Couple of things I need to do or have look at though and hopefully you guys can help me out with these issues. 1) Front lights are misty underneath, is this a common problem or should I be doing something about this? and if so what? 2) Need a new gear lever as the top rattles and its a bit worn, would this do ? http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/NISSAN-200SX-SILV ... 286.c0.m14 3) The plastic surround which goes around the electric window switch is cracked a bit where can I buy a new one from and are they easy to fit? 4) Its a JDM and it has sat nav but everything is in Japanese (even the buttons), can this be changed? and if so how much and what's involved Thanks all

The Turkish lads round here are actually very good, they pre rinse it, then do the wheels and the bottom of the car with a diff product, then cover the car in a white foam to take the dirt off, jet wash that off then have 2 mits which they use with 2 buckets. If it was any old car was I wouldn't go but these actually understand the who process alot better than most car owner. Wont be using T-Cut again, thanks for that tip

Well after a long trip to Devon I finally picked up my 350 yesterday. Decided it needed a clean so took it to the local Turkish lads to give it a going over, decided I needed some new cd's so stopped in at Asda on the way. Only to come out to find someone had bumped into the car on my 1st proper day :-( ...hit the offiside front bumper on the corner, its going to need a small bit of work to get the marks out. Cant believe how gormless some people are . Got it booked in a week next Tuesday, not gonna let it get me to down as I love the car, especially after its T-cut and wax I gave it today...

Ok he has all the invoices and will bring them tomorrow, he has also given me the number of the garage and I have just called them and they have confirmed it had everything done on its major service i.e, Front Brakes, Brake fluids, Spark plugs, Auxiliary belts, Engine etc etc Based on that would you get a vehicle check done by the AA or Rac if you know mechanically minded? I asked them what they thought of the car and they said it was fine no problems at all.

Ahh right, Based on that I am going to hopefully buy the 350z tomorrow but I am torn between whether to get a £250 vehicle check done or not ( ideally Not). The car is a 54 JDM with 10 months MOT and last week had its major service and the following was done. "Last month I replaced the rear discs and pads. This week I have had a full service, replaced all fluids, changed the drive belts, replaced the front pads, plugs and lots more. This car really has had a clean bill of health and at a cost of £1k!" Car has 59k miles and according to the seller is in Mint condition. Would you get one done ? or would anyone else??

Looking at buying a 350z but would like someone (if poss, was done for my old M3) to check on the system any info they have on the service history. I can pm you the reg...

I did a HPI on it.. Not doing a Vehicle check till we both agree, nothing has been done via ebay so I am not bound by anything as of yet and no deposit has been transferred. Should the car have had any work done on the underneath of the car? i.e to protect against rust?

Another guy won (so i'm told) but has not been in touch, I offered him £8500 from the start which he rejected as he said he would not sell for less thank 9k. The start price was 7k and it suddenly jumped to 9k from one bid so I had an idea it was a fake bid and would become available (which it has) so I have offered him £8800 and he has said yes.... Just need to confirm...

Hi All After a hard year in business and losing my E46 M3 Convertible I am slowly getting myself back on my feet and part of that is buying a new(to me) sports car. I have set myself a budget of 8-9k and the most stand out car in that bracket is the 350z. I am looking at a GT Spec JDM 54 Model. It has the following spec 59k 2 owner Black £1600 19" alloys (look well not chavy) Black leather UK Dials SVA Cert 6 months tax 10 Month MOT Brembo Brakes Excellent condition inside and out Rear discs and pads recently replaced Manual What do you think would be a good price to buy this car at? And would you recommend getting a vehicle check done by the AA or RAC before I buy it??
