Sorry pal, needs to be an auto, i have no arms or legs, infact i am only a head so have to use my head to put car into drive when i get in. As for saying autos are not real drivers cars, well my GT-R is an auto, and my god you can have some fun in that. Although only til next friday, cos its sold, boo hoo

Quick question, whats with the very low milage on the imports, ive found a 02 reg roadster with only 15,000 on the clock, thats just over 2k a yr Now i do more than that on my dribberler scooter going to the pub and back. Is it common practice for these cars to be clocked or do they just not get used in the land of the rising sun.

Well it seems im going to struggle to find a roadster so am now looking at other options Hows about this one folks, quite near me, guys kindly mailed me over some more pics and fancy taking a look at weekend, perhaps he is someone from here http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/1304570.htm Any issues to look for, is that a fair price, do they rust anywhere, leak (i ask about leaking as in 1 of the interior shots he has mailed over you can see a scraper/rubber blade on the floor, now its too early for ice on screen so in my panic mind I imagine using the rubber blade to wipe condensation from inside of screen, yes i know im an old woman) Any thoughts on this In pics there are no switches on steering wheel, im presuming that means no cruise control or radio controls.

Howdy folks, Some of you may know ive sold the GT-R, goes on the 4th dec. I have a 370z roadster on prov order, for delivery in q2 next yr, orders not being taken until january, but im sure its a goer. I have a 370z auto from my nissan hpc for the weekend, only picked up at 11am this morning so still having fun learning about the car but so far im very impressed, of course its hard not too compare it to the GT-R which is off course a completly differant car. SO, what im after for the period until the 370z arrives next year, is a 350z roadster, this is where you guys come in. Needs to be a roadster and a auto, seems to be a rare car with only 2 on pistonheads/ebay and autotrader combined. So, if anyone knows of a car, either at a dealer or on the side of road, or even someone on here whos looking to sell then please give me a holla. Go find em for me guys Regards Pete

Not seen one yet Nixy, thats just the colour/spec i was hoping for. So im presuming the imports dont have "ping pong" writing all over the dash like the imported GTRs do. Been trying to get some more info on the 370z, the nissan site is about as much use as my legs in a running race, just will not let me download a info booklet. Damm this is hardwork

Thanks for the welcome folks So, whats the main differance between a uk car and an import, best to know before the search begins. At the moment im heading towards an auto,roadster in blue with the gt spec, up to 18k in value, is there such a thing or am i barking up the wrong tree.

Hello folks, thought id post a quick howdy and put up a few details about myself. Names Pete (really) and im from north essex, known as Pete the wheel for 2 reasons, first being i own a alloy wheel refurbishing company,2nd is that due to suffering a spinal injury 6 yrs ago i sometimes use a wheelchair, hence "wheel". My current cars include the wifes 206cc, my everyday Navara, a Sylva Striker 7 replica (only one in the world with an auto box and hand controls), and since late may a Nissan GTR. Four cars you say, why is he on here looking for more, well, ive joined up to gather some info on the 350 and 370z, i looked at the 350z a few yrs back, before ordering the GTR. Reason for looking now, well have done a couple of trackdays in the GTR and to be honest the damm thing is just too good, makes it too easy, and makes me look almost a good driver. The car is just epic, doubt i will ever own or drive a car like it ever again, however i want more fun at trackdays so think the 350 or 370z maybe the way to go. So, any of you guys have any thoughts on the autobox in the 350z then, any good, can you got them with paddles. Ok, think thats it, ill bid you farewell for now, i already know a couple of you folks from other forums, one being the infamous Nixy, ask her nicely and she will send you some great pics Regards Pete
