Aaah fair enough... i had only just got her back feom the bodyshop... and perfect ... for a few days
-
Same here m8, ive driven mine 15 miles since buying my 350z, and its been sat in my bodyshop for the last month!
I just want her on the road now!
Jesus... full respray?
-
Its just annoying as so far this year ive spent more in bodyshop bills and getting my brakes sorted than ive driven miles in the car.
Its spent nearly a month and a half in garages or bodyshops and i want it back.
What did i do wrong...
-
5 days ive had the zed back from the garage and now thanks to my mother its going to be going back ...again. And its her birthday ....so i just had to be "nice" And my left speaker has started cutting out....
ffffffffffffffffggfffffgffff
im buying a tank.....
-
I think its down to the styling - although the zed has curves there is no frills, not pretty little extras. Its not got a nice smile at the front or a hook for a handbag. Its stupid, irresponsible and solves problems with brute force!
But just because the care has male traits doesnt mean a woman cant drive it. Coming back form the bodyshop on wed I had a nice little play with a z4 and a M3 both driven by women and both fairly "butch" cars.
My zed is definatly a girl btw - it costs a fortune in maintenance and beauty products is unpredictable and is DEFINATLY in a mood with me at the minute for no reason!!
I wouldnt let it bother you TBH

twobears, we could have a competition along these lines at Harewood ... the males could give marks out of ten for females who check out the Zeds ... the winner gets a kiss from Roo, our leader ... he needs a bit of a cheer up!
good job i trawl the threads a bit ... Tut tut i know your plan. And no attak you aint getting a kiss even you turn up in you string bikini and a blond wig... Besides its a bit presumptious to assume you are better looking than 2 bears
Bikini comp at harewood it is then
Ive never had a specific bodytype but ive never gone out with very fat or very skinny girls. But i think its about proportions.
To look at i guess hourglass is most sexy.

That's awesom bud
Hey niko where you been dude!
-
like it alot! cheeky but are you selling the old one?
I have it in my kitchen fiberglass n1 replica. It had No bolts, so would need some work to find if there are holes for some and it was just bonded to the boot so had to be cut off. There is some filler and resin is stuck to the bottom so would need preping and some figuring out as to how to fit. But yes i was going to see if anyone was interested.
I can take a couple of pics if you are interested.

there you go

To cheer me up. One of alexs carbon N1 spoilers
Weave is perfect, really solid and thick clear coat and body shop really liked it. Fit is really good maybe minutely higher on one side at the tip but not so that you notice

Sorry I cant make this I dont think
If anything changes Ill see you there. Same carpark? The one on the corner of the road in? Its a good place to watch people fishtailing out of the junction and cars drive by.

Standard aftermarket warranty doesnt cover a lot of parts or stuff thats rusted or worn you tend to find. On top of that they often wont pay for investigation work that does not find the cause of the problem.
It does give you peace of mind though that if something serious goes wrong youll be ok.

Ken, I'm in as they say on Dragon's Den. Paid for my ticket so I'll see you all there. Hope I don't let the side down though
Dont worry i normally hide at the back at let all the tarts go at the front (coughshirecough)

How about a meal and a drink on the way home at the place we met at last year ?
Possibly. Can you remember how big the car park was?
-
What does it involve? Harewood is very nice and I love seeing the red kites
Park up have a wander round some nice motors. Display on in the central area (usually signals or a bike display team or monstor trucks crushing cars. have a wonder round the bird garden some cars get invited in to the arena. then we pootle off arond 4-5 ish. )
See the pics in my sig for an idea.
No stress day just chilling ( hopefully in the sun!)

Yes I'd figured that out (which is quite good for me ) They are Bridgestones on rear but something I've never heard of on fronts - they say Lassa Phenomena?
Have a look on the tyre if it says re40 or re50 they are basically the oem tyre. What is the best tyre is up for for discussion! Bridgestones are good but not cheap re50 are the newer model and considered a lot better.
Blackcircles.com is a a good place to start. Pretty user friendly and you can order and pay for fitting at a local supplier all online. Other brands of tyre worth considering include vredstien, falken, continental, toyo and many more. Have a look in the subforum for recomendations or there are many tyre review sites. But if you are wanting to stay same on all four youll need to know exactly which bridgestones you have.
Remember you tend to get what you pay for

Kyle, all the options we do can be seen here - http://cougarstore.co.uk/index.php?main ... cPath=1_10
If you need more information please do let me know...
mmmmm exhausts....
-
You may be able to find a second hand one that will do.
There are also many people on here with aftermarket ones like scorpion which may work out cheaper than a new nissan one. Tarmac has just started stocking Cobra exhausts. You can pick the tip so you should be able to find one that at least looks oem ish.
Remember if you do go aftermarket you should let your insurer know

hes often got parts in
Or at least may be able to help.
