  1. I think its down to the styling - although the zed has curves there is no frills, not pretty little extras. Its not got a nice smile at the front or a hook for a handbag. Its stupid, irresponsible and solves problems with brute force! ;)

But just because the care has male traits doesnt mean a woman cant drive it. Coming back form the bodyshop on wed I had a nice little play with a z4 and a M3 both driven by women and both fairly "butch" cars.

My zed is definatly a girl btw - it costs a fortune in maintenance and beauty products is unpredictable and is DEFINATLY in a mood with me at the minute for no reason!!

I wouldnt let it bother you TBH

  2. twobears, we could have a competition along these lines at Harewood ... the males could give marks out of ten for females who check out the Zeds ... the winner gets a kiss from Roo, our leader ... he needs a bit of a cheer up! :)

good job i trawl the threads a bit ... Tut tut i know your plan. And no attak you aint getting a kiss even you turn up in you string bikini and a blond wig... :scare: Besides its a bit presumptious to assume you are better looking than 2 bears

Bikini comp at harewood it is then :blackeye:

Ive never had a specific bodytype but ive never gone out with very fat or very skinny girls. But i think its about proportions.

To look at i guess hourglass is most sexy.

  3. like it alot! cheeky but are you selling the old one? :p

I have it in my kitchen fiberglass n1 replica. It had No bolts, so would need some work to find if there are holes for some and it was just bonded to the boot so had to be cut off. There is some filler and resin is stuck to the bottom so would need preping and some figuring out as to how to fit. But yes i was going to see if anyone was interested.

I can take a couple of pics if you are interested.

  4. Standard aftermarket warranty doesnt cover a lot of parts or stuff thats rusted or worn you tend to find. On top of that they often wont pay for investigation work that does not find the cause of the problem.

It does give you peace of mind though that if something serious goes wrong youll be ok.

  5. What does it involve? Harewood is very nice and I love seeing the red kites :)

Park up have a wander round some nice motors. Display on in the central area (usually signals or a bike display team or monstor trucks crushing cars. have a wonder round the bird garden some cars get invited in to the arena. then we pootle off arond 4-5 ish. )

See the pics in my sig for an idea.

No stress day just chilling ( hopefully in the sun!)

  6. Yes I'd figured that out (which is quite good for me ) They are Bridgestones on rear but something I've never heard of on fronts - they say Lassa Phenomena?

Have a look on the tyre if it says re40 or re50 they are basically the oem tyre. What is the best tyre is up for for discussion! Bridgestones are good but not cheap re50 are the newer model and considered a lot better.

Blackcircles.com is a a good place to start. Pretty user friendly and you can order and pay for fitting at a local supplier all online. Other brands of tyre worth considering include vredstien, falken, continental, toyo and many more. Have a look in the subforum for recomendations or there are many tyre review sites. But if you are wanting to stay same on all four youll need to know exactly which bridgestones you have.

Remember you tend to get what you pay for :)

  7. You may be able to find a second hand one that will do.

There are also many people on here with aftermarket ones like scorpion which may work out cheaper than a new nissan one. Tarmac has just started stocking Cobra exhausts. You can pick the tip so you should be able to find one that at least looks oem ish.

Remember if you do go aftermarket you should let your insurer know
