  4. Hi all In contrast to most of the posts above i actually would like to get hold of some autogrips for a beginner's drifting trackday i am going to be co-organising. Used them before - lethal on the road, but ideal for amateur drifting! If anybody has any new or used ones ill be interested to take them off you. (rears only, Rays alloys) Cheers Dave
  5. Ah i think it was me! Have you got a piston heads sticker on the back??
  6. I'm looking for some part worns, if anyone has some kicking about in their garage etc. I need them for trackdays, and i have my own fitting equipment so only need supply. Thanks very much!!
  7. I might be interested in these mate, Did you receive my PM???
  8. It does still intervene even with it turned off. I drive round with traction turned off most of the time and you can also hear the abs valve going nuts trying to work out whats happening if you have a skid about on some grass etc. Also under heavy cornering with mismatched tyres it grabs the front brakes totally unbalancing the car (with your foot nowhere near the brake pedal ) Apparently you can modify the wiring to the roll sensor on the rear suspension which fools it but id rather find a more subtle solution if poss.
  9. Ah thats a good idea. Are they 17s?? What tyre size are they?? I wonder if they would upset the stability control like my new rear tyres did before i fitted new fronts as well......
  10. I'm looking to do a few trackdays this year and would like do do some uber driftage if the oportunity presents itself, But i'd like to have a spare pair of rear wheels/tyres for this. I have looked in the classifieds and in the 'for sale' section on here but i was wondering if anyone had any ideas on the best or cheapest way to go with this, or if anyone else does similar??? Thanks!
  11. Im looking to do some trackdays and id like to have a spare set of rears so i dont wear out my new contis. Any style considered, not worried about tread depth either. Thanks very much! P.S. I'm in the Kent area.
  12. ok, fair enough I need to find a pair of rear wheels and tyres for trackdays. Any idea what would be my best option??
  13. Hi darren im looking for a pair of rear wheels with tyres. Would you be willing to split??
  14. Very tempted. Always wanted a supercharged teg. Bit far away tho
  15. Thats v interesting mate, how did you go about coding the key?? A few of us on here are in the same position and could do with some advice!
  16. +1 I we can get hold of the keys, there must be a method for us mortals to code them to the cars. Ill bet it'll be the spotty apprentice who codes your keys at nissan and he will probably just stroll out to your car in the car park and do some sort of button pressing and then hand you back the keys and say "£80 please"
  17. Cheers mate thats well helpful Also the advanced search function seems to bring up more useful stuff - i was using the search box ant the verytop righthand part of the screen (in front of the orange zed. Thanks men! I'm now off to cry after finding out the cost of a spare key as ive only got ! Key fob and 1 Fob-less key
  18. Can anyone help, i always struggle with forum search functions- All this +before a word you want and a -before a word you dont want, what? Search for keywords: Place + in front of a word which must be found and - in front of a word which must not be found. Put a list of words separated by | into brackets if only one of the words must be found. Use * as a wildcard for partial matches. I must be retarded as i just dont get it.... I'm looking for information about spare keys and all i get is a million posts about spare and another million about keys aarrrgggghh!! Sorry i'm ranting again
  19. What would be the ultimate is if a local member on here had his own airfield/carpark/open space that could be 'borrowed' for a few hours!!! (I wish)
  20. Thanks for ell the replies and suggestions I'm not sure about the arena essex as any mistake and i'd be getting friendly with the concrete walls on the inside and outside! I'm looking into the car limits suggestion - sounds promising. When my wedding and harvest is out of the way i might book up. Was wondering if i could organise a group discount or something if anyone else was interested. Any takers?...... Any other suggestions are very welcome!
  21. Ah cool beans ceaser now you mention it i did think that bracket might be good at clamping the aftermarket tweeter. Glad to hear it works. Do the majority of people run new wire to the doors or use the existing wiring? It looks like a bit of a ball ache to feed the wiring through those factory door connector jobbies.....
