Right guys. How the hell have you lot fitted your tweeters? My infinitys are two large to front mount, I can't use the weird ass starfish mounting things as there's too much in the way in the back. I tried using a piece of plastic screwed down using the two round open prongs which holds it fine but stops the cover seating properly on the car again. Starting to get pi55ed off now as I've got to wait til next weekend to do anymore

I used to have a stinger sp1000 battery with the stinger terminals,that was an awesome battery but i had to let it go on my old car or i would of needed to put terminals back on the end of the cars wiring

no more pictures today but i had maybe an hour outside with the car earlier,made another spacer for the drivers door & managed to get the power cable up to the battery,much much easier than i expected as when ive done it on my previous cars its been a bit of a time consuming ballbag of a job

Theres some in my other thread Yoko,i dont suppose theres anything worth taking pictures of now as the boot is finished. Managed to route the power cable today,all i can say is..... how easy! thats by far the easiest job getting the wire through the bulkhead.Literrally took me 10 mins also made up another spacer for the drivers door,hoping the doors are a mirror image as i just copied the passenger one i made

Yup I'm with you on that one chief. Made a spacer out of 18mm and suprisingly it fits lol. Just need to copy it for the drivers door. Also found that my crossovers will mount to the door in the hollowed out section so that is their new home

Someones fitted some 6'' infinity reference comps,how did they manage that?mind you i suppose if you make a spacer the size no longer matters. Anyway the mounting depth on those is apparently 2-1/16th'' & my350 says they fit perfect with a 1'' spacer

Hopefully it will sound good too,cant see it being different to when i had it in my fto,maybe a bit louder as the zeds wide open. Ive missed some form of bass

thats the problem,the more glass you have the dark they all look,plus team that up with having all black interior= bad times if caught

Lol biscuit i dont know what mine is either,you can still see through it from outside in daylight. As far as night driving goes then as long as your not in total darkness then its hardly any worse. I remember in my first fto i tried reversin in my mates drive/courtyardy thing for the first time in pitch black & couldnt see shite

Attak the backs are cool with the one time no matter what lol. Like the photo though dude Unabashed- yeah i saw someone in a range on tv get stopped & when they failed the copper made her peel a bit away from the centre of the window,how annoying would that be untill you could get them off

Do you just get told to remove them or do they fine you etc do you know? Cant understand why they look so dark,the FTO & my golf didnt look like that

Thank you sir, if i can be arsed one day i might do another front fascia as its not quite shaped tight enough in the top right curve. Still need to fit & wire my comps,re fit the stereo & wire up the new amp

Thought while i was out one night id see if i could get any decent photos in the dark off my blackberry, they arent great but i dont get many photos at night. My tints arent as dark as id like but due to this volcano crap he was limited to what film he had left The fronts are one up from the lightest,which ive had on my last two cars with no problems from the one time They do look pretty dark though so im wondering if ill be getting any unwanted attention at some point, see what you think to them but bare in mind it was getting dark when i took them And finally dum dum dummmmmmm
