  1. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... K:MEWAX:IT Is this a UK car or JDM with UK rear bumper? Awaiting reply from seller. cheers
  2. Thanks for the responses, I'll give it a wide birth. Hoping to be a Zed owner very soon...just waiting for the right car at the right price. Preferably not someone who claims the car is in Spain, and they'll use yahoo's well known finance division to hold the money(!)
  3. Do you guys reckon this is worth investigating or not? http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/ ... ?logcode=p cheers,
  4. Just ended, needless to say no-one went near it.
  5. Saw this on Ebay, I thought it seemed a little pricey for a cat C (albeit lightly) damaged car, http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/2005-NISSAN-350Z- ... mobiles_UK
  6. Whats sort of parts did you have to replace?
  7. http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/ ... ?logcode=p
  8. I like this one, though the claims about the level of damage and the resulting write-off don't ring true. Would the insurer write off a £10k+ car for the panal damage shown?.....seems too good to be true. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... K:MEWAX:IT Steve
  9. Any of you guys used RAC, AA, etc vehicle inspection? As potentially I may use one, as good value 350z's in Cornwall are like rocking horse @*!#. So would be looking at cars in other parts of the country. cheers Steve
  10. Found another, too cheap to be a straight car right? http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/ ... ?logcode=p
  11. Wouldn't of known that, found this one on pistonheads, is it too cheap?? http://pistonheads.com/sales/1767475.htm
  12. I may be swayed, as the consensus seems to in favour of the import, and you guys have an imformed opinion. I've read about the different spec etc, other than insurance is there any other downsides. There are a couple of nice looking manual imports at the £8k mark.
  13. My hand is forced by budget unfortunately, can't go over £10k, see Cat C/D as a better option than import, though I may be swayed.
  14. Found another, far better in my opinion, seems a little too cheap, even for a cat c. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... K:MEWAX:IT
  15. Being a little wet behind the ears with this 350z game comments advice are appreciated. I did think the front wheels looked a little odd, massive camber?
  16. Spotted this one http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... K:MEWAX:IT Looks very nice, though a bit low, how much do you think it is worth? Thanks, Steve
  17. A perspective owner from the Cornish riviera, where Zed's seem to be more expensive than anywhere else(!) Currently drive a Prelude vtec, so pining for some low down grunt, as opposed to peaky power.
  18. I'm now entering the market for a Zed, have around £9k (not much I realise). I would ideally like a uk car, though I'm aware of the differences between that and an import, not to clear on the drawbacks (if any). Another avenue is a cat c/d repair, obviously pending a thorough inspection. Don't wish to have one with over 60k, would prefer GT pack, am I being realistic? thanks Steve
