  1. Did you manage to get your spacer fitted? Mine seems to have really brought the engine alive! I drive it daily too :) .

I'd love a full titanium exhuast system but I'm a little undecicive right now. Few cosmetic mods to be done first :) .

  2. I have a nismo spoiler that I would like to be fitted, I have no confidence in myself fitting this, drilling the extra holes or removing the current spoiler! Can anyone recommend a body shop that could fit this in Essex, SS11 area preferred!!

    Thanks,

    Ben

  3. I finally got round to using my Das Pro 6 DA Polisher today!

I'll let the results speak for themselves B) .

Love a bit of snowfoam

  4. Cheers dude!

It wasn't actually too bad to fit, I was being very over cautious not to break anything  . Strut bar off, Had to remove the air intake and MAF, remove the 3 vacuum pipes running into the inlet then it's engine cover off, 16 bolts removed from the inlet itself from memory. They key thing is not to over torque the plenum bolts when refitting. :) Are you considering getting one yourself?

That spoiler is like trying to find hens teeth! And for it to come up in gunmetal grey too !

  5. Finally getting my hands dirty! Its such an easy engine to work on!

Bang for buck mod! Motordyne plenum spacer went on today :) . Nice stealth mod.

Thanks lads. Keep me posted 1ce

I managed to find time to fit mine Sunday. It took a little longer to fit than expected but I gave myself the chance to familiarise myself with the engine :) .

First impressions, It feels more responsive, pulls harder and has a noticeable deeper note to the exhaust. Another piece of the puzzle found ready for a remap.

  7. Bit of a boring update but this one was and is bar far the cheapest!

I have finally fixed my boot opening problem and it only cost 2p !

My boot now opens first time thanks to a penny in each spring!

Now the evenings are lighter I can actually start working on it!

  8. Haha he's a little legend. Every car I've owned and worked on, he's always been at my side. He just loves getting involved .

The lighting upgrade is a must in my opinion. Small price but has a big impact!

I haven't really done much to the Z lately, not even cleaned it! It's had a new battery as the cold snap wiped it out. Took the top of my finger off too getting it to fit. Just look how snug it is .

I've also got a set of whiteline front and rear arb links to fit :) .

Treated myself to a Das 6 Pro dual action polisher to perfect the paintwork! Should suit my OCD perfectly haha...
