  1. My ol' micra 1.5dci went to and from uni for 2 years at max speed  between 89 and 98 depending on conditions.

in the 2 years went through a complete set of pirelli's and a complete set of brigestones.

did about a million handbrake turns and did alot of winter drifting at high speed across the local retail park.

trekked through foot deep snow next to the 4x4's for 6 hours one winter and lived its life in the fast lane racing anything and everything. "a streak of blue lightning" it got called.

    ah good memories...

The egr valve constantly had problems, the gearbox had problems, the car at 2 years old had basically died and sometimes wouldnt start  oh and once the steering wheel came off while going down the motorway. my passenger fairly pooped himself  as did i for that matter :scare:

good first car was a laugh indeed and im sure i spent bugger all on fuel.

But i also got slagged of for having a gay car :dots::boxing:

You want to try working in a fabrication shop when welding! Gloves, welding mask, overall's and steel toe capped boots.

I think welding gear would suit me!

    Say no more.

  3. if it is (which im sure someone with more knowledge than me will tell you), i think you can take a module off as long as you replace it with the appropriate resistor as a terminator of the stub.. but im sure someone will be along shortly who knows more  maybe 60ohms?

  4.

i just had to go and work on a car outside and im in black trousers with black polo shirt :yuck:

couldnt turn the car on aswell due to the test i was doing, just had to sit in it, it must have been like 40 degrees in it.

ever tried sitting in a car with all the windows up on a day like this with no AC? :bangin::bangin::yuck::yuck:

when i get home its no better, no AC for me BOOO!

  5. didnt mean to put it in insurance sorry :headhurt:

yeah it kinda goes along the scratch like: silver paint, white primer, black plastic

i wouldnt T cut it, prob wouldnt ever Tcut anything, ever. evil stuff!

its on the front bumber and adds to the stone chips and small ding the previous owner gave it. its a good excuse to get a body kit

  6. So, i have the choice of getting the OEM ones changes on the dealers wallet but i think he will only change 1 at the rear right (offside i think?). or i could pay out for all 4 here?

    is it worth it?

will it make any difference to the ride, handling of the car?

can i fit them myself? if not how much to get them fitted?

    cheers
