my car is booked in with Nissan for Wednesday...apparently they have Nissan 'technical' down to the showroom then who may have a look at it...

Is anyone having any problems with opening the boot on their 370? when i first got the car it took a single press to release the boot no problem. However each time i now i go to open the boot (after pressing the release once) it opens part way then seems to get stuck and wont relase completely until ive pressed the button again....its starting to annoy me now and wonder if this is a common issue?

I have a yellow 370z...i was led to belive it was the 'ultimate' version but it never came with the yellow trimmed mats or the illuminated entry plates (what ever they are??) any idea where to get hold of official yellow trimmed mats? cheers

Seriously cant belive this!! I bought my black 07 full GT with sat nav 350z March 2009 with 29,000 miles on the clock. Car ran liek a dream and was in top nick. I Paid £15,490 whihc i thought was very reasonable at the time two weeks ago i part chopped it with Nissan in Derby for a shiny new yellow 370..Ive just been on Nissans co-op website where the old 350 is now for sale. The car had done 43361 miles and had a couple of scrapes in the bodywork and scuffed alloys when i part x'd it... guess how much Nissan are now selling it for 18 months since i first bought it?? £15,999!!!! i reckon it must be because i've owned it ;-) surely that deserves the apprectiation rather than depretiation in value! heres the link if anyone wants to own a piece of automotive history http://www.co-operativemotorgroup.co.uk ... index.html

Thanks for all the positive comments! I'm not heavily into mods but I must say those black rims to suit the yellow.. Hmm I'm glad I didn't go with the decals as they do look a bit tacky.. Ps anyone want a 350z Bluetooth module? My old ones for sale... £50??

the yellows not metallic no, but it seems it when polished well! the car also seems a lot less thirsty than the 350, whether thats because of the auto box or refined engine i dont know but shes sweeeeeeeet! managed to get only a grand less for what i actually paid for my 350 18 months ago and that ws with a front bumper scrape and two wheel arch shopping trolley dinks AND 43k on the clock!

Picked up my brand spanking (well ex demo 1000 miles on the clock) Ultimate Yellow 370z on Friday and WOW! what a difference this car is to the 350! Now i loved my 350 and had driven a 370 at the Nissan race academy earlier this year but having the car for the weekend allows me to really put it through its paces and i'm very impressed! cant stop grinning! Gone for the 7 speed auto box this time and just love it! Yellow is the ultmate (pardon the pun) head turner as well! Anyone who is considering swapping but not so sure...just go on and do it! You wont regret it i promise!!

hmmm thanks for that it could be the version 4 software as i recently upgraded to the iphone 4 but cant really remember when the problem started.. ill try to de-pair and start over see if that helps!

Wondered if anyone has had this problem.. My bluetooth phone system has been running like a dream in my car up till very recently. Connected to my iphone, when a call came through, the sytem would ring as normal and i would answer it. For some reason now, when a call comes through, the in car phone system ringtone doesnt ring. All i can here is my own phones ringtone through the speaker.....now if my phone is on silent, i cannot here my phone at all! Its as if the in car ringtone is on silent and i dont know how thats happened...any ideas how to 'switch it back on' would be appretiated. thanks wayne

unfortunately thats where youre wrong! impositions of ASBOs do not carry the same standard of proof as most criminal allegations. Very little evidence is needed and they are very difficult to defend against once the process is set in motion...as i said....legal advice needed

Can someone tell me if the 370z sat nav map disc works in the 350z? a mate of mine has a 370 and he is not sure if the disc will work in my 350 as i'd like to update my 2007 maps... ta

I'm sure this questions has been asked a billion times so apologies for repeating it but my P3 is due and im trying to ascertain what kind of prices I should be looking at and what will need replacing or doing...(complete noob) I rang Nissan in Derby and they quoted me £270 (is that good?) an independant garage, also in Derby, quoted me £170.. if i go with the independant, will that invalidate my warranty which expires next year? ps what kind of circumstances does the paint warranty cover? i assume corrosion and defects but stupidly i used a brush at the jet wash, not knowing the paint was so thin, and i have a few scratches and a small crack where the tube from the brush clattered the car... Finally, some tosser scraped her whilst i was parked up and has left a dent in my right rear wheel arch...any recommendations for garages in Derby who could sort that cheaply would be appreciated! cheers

Picked up the Zed on Tuesday and have been loving her ever since and whilst i was under no illusion that the 3.5 litre beast was a drinker i wasnt sure id be needing to call alcholics anonymous so soon lol.....might have to dig out the yellow pages.. After having a 2 litre MX-5 for the past 2 years i now have to re-think my driving manner if i am going to cut those fuel bills down..... bloody ace car...everyone loves her ps how do i upload images onto this forum?

hi new to this forum and have recently purchased (pick it up Tuesday woo hoo!!)) a lovely 350z full GT pack (inc sat nav), black, 07 plate 29000 miles.....cost me a shy over £15k and wondered if that was a good buy? ive been searching for a decent model for months and thought this was a very decent price given the spec.... all i gotta do now is shift my Mazda MX-5 2litre sport (56 plate 18k miles)...free to any takers who are willing to take over the finance! Couple of queries...forgive me if they have already been answered.. 1) can i hook my Ipod up to the car without using an Itrip 2) can the sat nav be hacked/modded to play non ROMS ie DVDs? thanks ps any other tips would be very welcomed
