  1. When we planned our little one, permission was granted to keep the 350z, however when IT appeared, I tool the grown up approach, did some maths and some thinking and ended up selling as it was on finance, then fuel and the rest.

However, the lad is 4 now and I was allowed another one, I got one and dont regret selling my first one, but all depends on pound coins.

Also, I dont like the grown up version of me, so ignore all of the above.

  2. Spent an hour ish at mopedmark having my bits blinged, apologies for a very dirty engine bay, but its a good start, a must do for all 350z's.

A very genuine nice bloke, good to meet you and the family. Thanks for fitting me in today.

Also, tarmacsportz have given me a mines splitter, zunsport grille and DRLs in exhange for money, probably fit them in the next couple of weeks.

  4. Hello all,

This is my second 350z, and I purchased from a member on here a few months back.

I had my first 350z in 2010, GT, GM grey. I sold this due to the wife and I think myself wanted one of them babies. We made one and although I was authorised to keep it, I just had to man up and face facts, so off it went.

The time came to treat myself to another one, i didnt want a GM grey one again, so I purchased myself a 2003 GT 350z in GM grey 😯

It needed work, but some nice mods and low mileage I went for it.

    Mod list:

    1. Red bride seats.

    2. Scorpion exhasust.

    3. Rota 18" Alloys.

    4. Bonnet dampers.

    5. Side diffusers.

    6. Red wheel nuts.

    7. 20mm front and 25mm rear wheel spacers.

    8. Smoothed and resprayed centre console.

    9. Android head unit.

    10. Silly mirror stickers (sorry)

    11. Mopedmark bling manifold, throttle body, and latch.

    Work completed.

    1. Service and spark plugs.

    2. OSF wheel bearing.

    3. Aerial unit and stubby aerial.

    4. Resprayed bonnet.

    5. Replaced relay inside amp unit.

    6. Replaced amp relay.

  5. I have a shopping list together, if at all possible, can someone advise if i'm correct in what i'm ordering.

My thoughts are, throttle body has 76mm internal diameter silicone coupling (100mm) then a 45' alloy pipe (outer diameter of 76mm) then another silicone coupling (ID 76mm) which is then attached to the maf housing, after this comes the 3rd silicone coupling (ID 76mm) followed by a 350mm alloy pipe (OD 76mm) which is then attached to a 90' silicone hose, this is the house that will go through the intake hole at the front by the headlight, this then is attached to a 200mm alloy pipe (OD 76mm) then finally the air filter.

    i've added 10 hose clips (70mm-90mm)

45° Degree Alloy Elbow - Polished Aluminium Bend Pipe Joiner

    Outer Diameter 76mm

76mm ID - Coupling Silicone Hose - Choose Your Length & Colour

    Length 100mm X 3 Colour Red

76mm - Custom Alloy Straight Hose Joiner - Choose Your Length - End Bead Optional

    Length 350mm

Silicone Polyester Reinforced Hose - 76mm - 90 Degree Elbows

    Colour Red

76mm - Custom Alloy Straight Hose Joiner - End Bead

    Length 200mm

Single Cone Performance Air Filter - Air Induction Filter

    Colour Red

ASH - Hose Clips - Worm Drive Stainless Steel - Single Clip

    Clip Size 70mm - 90mm

  6. I have seen some people have custom cold air intakes, i have spoke to someone that has done it but he is unsure of the diameter of the pipes.

He also recommended auto silicone hoses to shpply the parts, has anyone used these and know what parts I will need?

Idealy I want the air filter to sit behind the front bumper/just under the bonnet latch.
