Rear camera issue and new stereo, I would do as a combo, no point in fixing the rear cam that is currently installed if you are thinking of replacing the HU. Just install a new double DIN unit with an input for a reverse cam and get a new one of those at the same time.

Tbh, the JDM and UKDM OEM satnav systems are not the best. Just remove the HU and get a replacement that has satNav built in or Appradio or Carplay. Less of a pain to do
