Nismo LMGT4's
I haven't any decent photos of my car with them on, but still my favourite wheels for the zed

I have Kuro black #162/176, bought it a few months back.

Hi Guys,
As you may know, I bought lots of bits for my zed....before I actually had the car. I bought an official Nismo V1 bodykit (without sideskirts) off ZEDMANALEX on this forum at a reasonable price considering how expensive these are from other sources (imports).
As I bought a GT4, I have decided to keep it relatively standard as it would be a shame to modify a limited edition car to the extent that I had planned.
This is a really tough choice to make and I know I will regret it, but I am sure it will go to a good home and finish off their zed perfectly. I know I will regret selling it!
It includes the following:
NISMO Front bumper
NISMO Front Grill
NISMO Front number plate bracket
NISMO Rear spoiler plus mount
NISMO Rear Canards.
Full fitting kit
This Skirts can be bought from a well known trader on here to complete the kit and they aren't expensive.
I have simply opened the box, looked at it and packed it back up again in the time I have owned it. It has been safely stored and untouched since bought.
I bought it for months back at ~£1300. I would prefer collection (after deposit), but can organise a courier for this.
Here is an example of it on a zed, can provide many more examples if you wish as I did a lot of research before buying the kit so have an example in nearly every colour!
Price drop! £1100INC DEL ONO

Popchargers are a cost effective replacement for your air intake/filter box, which is cheap and sounds great. It makes the car sound quite deep at low revs, but not too intruding and then when you give it some beans, it gives an almost VTEC like response with regards to noise.
Don't expect any performance gains (ECU cancels out iirc) and it's primarily there to put a smile on your face for a few quid! I love the sound personally and I think this video demonstrates it very well:

Especially the drive by noise!

Depending on when you need a front bumper, I am fitting a Nismo V1 kit to my car in the next month or two...so will have a spare Kuro if you can wait

From Rear...
Still haven't cleaned it, but it looks clean despite the weather!!

Hey, R800NER, glad you're liking the wheels, they look schweet on your motta
, glad they've gone to a good home.
Gus
Thanks Gus, I am very pleased with them. I can't stop looking at the zed now
Love those wheels. The picture of both showing the width of the tyres are amazing. Can you take a photo from behind to show how wide the tyres/car looks now
Will get one in a minute for you

Loving it, I think the 27mm is more than enough. The kit really makes it look lower!
On the other hand, it's tempting to keep it like yours beavis... decisions decisions!
-
I think I will become an addict
How much did you drop it by (on the Eibach shorter springs) and do you have a photo?
I was thinking 20-30mm, but that isn't very daring
-
Cracking result on those, love the colour scheme.
-
I recognise that spoiler, isn't that what "G18FAN" has on his azure?
-
claybar and Tcut
Tcut........
It's a bit aggressive on the Z mate. Or any car for that matter.
I'd perhaps recommend wash, clay, wash, polish (dodo lime prime or autoglym SRP or similar.....), then your choice of wax.
I wouldn't want you to make a mess of your lovely GT4!
Thanks for the advice, all the members on here are very helpful! Saved me posting another thread too. I will post my results
Then it's off to CS for some Nismo styling and a few "adjustments"
I think the Nismo kit and shorter springs at the back will help complete the look I am after. The back of the car looks like the arse is pointing in the air a bit!
-
I will get better photos soon I promise, I am going to claybar and Tcut it this coming weekend as the weather has prevented me from doing so over the passed few weeks.

Sorry for being a numpty, I have limited technical knowledge! I had thought that the exhaust split into two at the backbox... but then I am a noobie!
Hmmm, so what's the best way of figuring this out?? Electrical? Is there a specialist that could tell me? or a member?
-
Old
New (but very dirty!)
I love them, so I have made my mind up and will get the rest of my Nismo kit fitted next.
-
hmmm right I did the old handbrake and pull away with clutch trick and it stalled and clutch seems fine.
It is definately a smell on the drivers side behind the wheel arch... which side does the exhaust run down? I am thinking it could be exhaust related.
I will get it up on the ramps and have a look.
-
Sorry I don't quite understand the mechanics behind the flywheel getting damaged too? Is there a simple explanation for it?
I haven't driven it hard or ridden the clutch, even a trip round the block leaves a rather pungent smell....Clutch hasn't slipped as far as I am aware...
How much would a new clutch cost inc fitting as a ballpark?
-
Fitted the LMGT-4's today and they are awesome, will post photos soon
-
Everytime I bring my new zed back to the house, there is a strong smell of burning plastic, quite a horrid smell which I am led to believe could be the clutch going?
Is this going to be an expensive fix?
-
I saw it AGAIN! " RE05 " was the first four characters on the plate!
-
nice example mate. thinkin of mods already- i like it!
lovin the chrome in the front bumper btw not seen that before
I bought the mods months before I bought the car! That's dedication!
You can have the front grill if you want? I took it off as I didn't really like it, it's like stick on chrome which looks cool, but not for me!
