  1. The large size outdoor car cover that Halfords do is actually pretty decent. I've been using them for about three years. I've replaced mine once but at £50 a time it's decent value.

    Also using one of the Halfords Advanced covers with no problems.

  2. Well, the car is now up for sale and has been returned to standard, I'll be very sad to see the car go, the 370Z was a car that I was desperate to own since I first saw one when I owned my 350Z.

    On the positive side, I've ordered my new car, from a brand which i've never experienced - BMW, an M140i Shadow Edition to be exact.

    New car is due to arrive at the end of August, so this gives me a few months to shift the Zed, worst case i'll just have two toys until it does sell.

    I know the 1er isnt to everyone's taste, especially when I think the 370Z is such a stunner, but with the face lift I think it's a cracking looking car.

    Going from dyno results, they tend to put out a bit more power that quoted so should be around 350-360bhp and around 510NM of torque - not to be sniffed at.

    I went for the auto box and the adaptive suspension with quite a few extras, I drove the manual and auto, both excellent and not a lot between then, but decided on the auto as it's a tad quicker, better on fuel and cheaper to tax.

    Should look pretty much the same as this but with the leather interior and black dash trim.

  3. I'm returning my car to standard for it's sale - and have a few bits left to go. So, in no particular order;

    1). Re-trimmed steering wheel by Jack @ RoyalSteeringwheels. Alcantara sides, leather top and bottom with Red stripe, Red stitching, flattened bottom and re-profiled grips. Of all the mods I made to my car this has to be one of my favourite's! This is for the wheel only, no switches or airbag included, easily transplanted from your original wheel. £200. SOLD

    2). GTR Start button, easy little mod that brightens up the interior. £35. SOLD

    3). Michelin Pilot Super Sport 275/35/19 Y96. Brand new and never fitted. £190. inc SOLD

    4). 370Z 40th Anniversary Edition Rear Emblem. £30

    5). 2015 370Z Nismo Rear Emblem. Rear Nismo Emblem from the MK2 Nismo £40

    Both of the rear badges are genuine items and come complete with the blue foam which you use to align the emblems to the rear of the vehicle.

  4. It wasn't fun seeing your car drive away with the Nismo bits on, the car looks mint!

    This is the same sort of thing that I was talking about for the end of the skirts, if you look closely on the end of the skirt there's is a line that shows where you should mask it off. Alternatively could try plastidip?
