  1. Correct me if i'm wrong - pretty sure i'm not though ;) but uprated fuel pressure regulators don't make any noticable difference (eg. 1 bhp) on NA cars, or cars without a lot of work anyway. I fitted one to one of my old cars, and it made absolutely no difference. Surely the standard FPR can deal with pumping that little more fuel in anyway. Is the point of the spacer just to free up the starvation to the front two cylinders anyway, so you wouldn't need that extra pressure, unless the car is specificly set up to pump less fuel into them cylinders than the others anyway? Plus if you are bypassing the ecu (if it doesn't pick up on a higher fuel pressure) then it surely will pick it up on the lambda sensors anyhoo - just think that would be a total waste of money as im sure they will be over £200 - for a couple of bhp at most. You would have to couple it with uprated injectors and pump as well.

  2. :welcome: to the forum Chris,

Glad to see your upgrading to the Z , only joking, thats a tidy car you have there though Chris. Agree with the GT pack, £13k should get you a pretty decent Z at the current climate. Not keen on the sunset orange then?

There will be a few things to look out for with the Z, as they do have a couple of common faults (nothing serious though) I'm sure the lads/lass' on here will fill you in on what you need to watch out for. Have a look in the for sale section on here, there may be something you can pick up.

  3. Yeah, tis a lil funny how they have dropped so quickly, a little unexpected really but as i said, not bothered about the loss at the mo, i intend to keep the car for a few years, afterall its one of my fav cars and ive been into the Z car ever since i was a lil tot. I don't need to sell this car for what i payed, if i needed to do that i would work at carcraft! worth a little more than £10k i hope neo, spose its a jdm thou :p

    cheers GIXXER

  4. Cheers Ian, yeah very happy with it.

It was bout £7k to fix all in, that pretty much was just parts and spraying, to be honest, i didn't think it was going to be as much as what it was, however most of the parts i needed were too scarse to pick up 2nd hand, so i had to get most of the parts new (from the stealer)

And yeah, it really is a great car
