I would say a tyre free since they have wasted your time...plus your alloys had only been refurbed a week prior. Not to mention petrol going back and forth etc

Glad they have admitted full liability! I don't think a refurb will compromise the wheels but the fact is you have to go to the hassle of leaving your with them again.....any small compensation?

.....don't let them do anything else to your car as compensation. No free services...

I haven't found all guns blazing gets results to be honest. I wish it did as it is satisfying but generally find people get very defensive.

 

I would recommend a cool approach to be honest.

If it were anywhere else cool and calm would be my tact but me and big arnolds have baggage At the end of the day, its sheer incompetence! They are qualified mechanics - this shouldn't be happening. Unless they let the YTS boy on your car.....
