TB reset????

Hi!

 

Removed the throttle body today and gave it a clean with a spray cleaner.

 

I avoided moving the butterfly flap however I've got a slightly higher idle than before, about 1100 at idle.

 

I did search for the reset but a lot of people seem to recommend different ones such as accelerator, valve learn, ecu etc.

 

Which one is correct to reset the idle?
