Forging v casting

I think someone posted a video or something of the process involved in forging and casting.

 

I am sitting next to a guy who has an offshore NDT exam in two weeks and we were all debating the processes and realised none of us had a clue!

 

Could someone repost it please. I searched for it but all the cheap v expensive wheel arguments bored me!
