Trackday booked at the best track in the UK!

Recommended Posts

aye was a good day! 230 miles done, beemer was handling well. had a few excursions onto the grass on the exit of the old hairpin - keeping it pinned down the craner curves often meant my line into the old hairpin wasnt as wide as it should have been. also taking huge amounts of curb on the apex helped a lot, anything to help carry speed onto the uphill section!

still struggling a bit with understeer, although i think a lot of that was the front tyre pressures getting a bit high - dropped them down to 30psi hot and they were working better.

Also now we have so much rear grip, starting experimenting a bit more with trail braking into the apex, to try and get the moving a bit more and the front turned in. its getting to the point where we'll need to start looking at proper alignments to get the car handling how we want it to.
