I own a flooring shop and regularly receive these via tnt etc..... However the ones in plastic tubs always tend to turn up damaged.... The metal tubs travel better.... Best advice I could give you is to wrap them in a heavy duty rubble sack, or send them on a pallet courier rather than a parcel courier

Depends what sort of adhesive. But tnt and people will ship it providing you have the appropriate labeles.

 

Otherwise Clarks transport specialise in hazardous goods, like adhesives.
