ginger_man666 Posted January 31, 2015 Share Posted January 31, 2015 Hi all, Last weekend I spent many many hours installing a new Pioneer head unit in my Z. Although I was successful (to a certain extent!), I have a query that I hope someone can help with. The person who owned the car before me did quite an extensive entertainment install which is now very out of date. I have an aftermarket screen in the motorised dash flap, this screen plays either sat nav details from a DVD sat nav system in the glovebox, which was last updated in 2003, or the output from a DVD player behind the drivers seat. I want to take all this stuff out as the new head unit does most things, but I don't want to affect anything that should be installed. Does anyone have a picture or drawing of what the original wiring system should be. All the wiring is currently under the handbrake/ gear stick tunnel.
