Kaveney Posted January 8, 2015 Posted January 8, 2015 Hi there people . Can someone give me some information in regards to the stock exhaust system . I have some HFC and a milltek Y pipe but still have the stock mid and back box exhaust . Will changing this give a few more BHP and LB/FT or will this just give me more noise . The car has had an Uprev . Thanks Alan Quote
MITZ@CougarStore Posted January 8, 2015 Posted January 8, 2015 It will aid to the noise, to release the small, additional power it'll need an UpRev... Quote
Kaveney Posted January 8, 2015 Author Posted January 8, 2015 Ok thanks what sort of gain 2-3 BHP over the stock system ? The car has an uprev Quote
Mark@Abbey m/s Posted January 8, 2015 Posted January 8, 2015 tbh it will just be a little more noisy It wont give a great gain in power/torque but it will gain a little. We can supply both Cobra and Milltek. Quote
Kaveney Posted January 8, 2015 Author Posted January 8, 2015 Ok thanks could be another trip up again . Does the uprev need changing or is this ok as the car did have HC and a Y pipe when it was Upreved . Alan Quote
Kaveney Posted January 8, 2015 Author Posted January 8, 2015 don't think I have seen you yet and I drive to work in Billingshurst past Arundel Quote
Mark@Abbey m/s Posted January 8, 2015 Posted January 8, 2015 the tune will be good TBH as the restriction is the CATS on a stock car. If you buy the system from Abbey I will run the car on the dyno free to check the map with the new system. thanks Quote
Kaveney Posted January 8, 2015 Author Posted January 8, 2015 Ok I will ask Scot for a price of the Milltek . I only need the mid and back box as I already have the HFC ad Y pipe so is a tweek of the map needed . Alan Quote
