sticky speedo needle

So my 350 seems to have a special feature, in that I can be doing 40mph according to the digital speedo on trip computer dial, but the analogue needle reads 30mph! The needle more or less gets stuck until I hit 45mph, where it will jump to where it should be and behave again. When I hit the brakes the needle stays at 30 and jumps down to 20mph to regain a correct reading. Right now I just use the digital readout as I verified that with a friend.

Any ideas what the issue could be? I dont think its anything ECU / sensor related seeing as the digital readings spot on

If the digital one reads fine its a clock issue mate, but can also be the white box behind the heater controls (very rarely) so try checking the plug connections. I have a few sets of clocks and modules including one for parts if you want to get your hands dirty
