Bush problems

So i failed my MOT on deteriorated bushes, grrrrrrrrrr

 

got the sheet back and its not crystal clear which bushes they are, so before i jack the car up and see which ones are crappy, anyone know which ones its likely to be? and if its an easy job?

 

im a competant diy mechanic, ive rebuilt engines, but never done anything bush wise, how easy a job will it be?

by the way i have aftermarket front and rear camber arms, and aftermarket rear toe spring cup thing replacement arms so its not likely to be the pillowball bushes on those

the arms with yellow mot fail chalk are the banana arm on the drivers side ,and the arm labelled 28 on the above diagram on passenger side

 

if so sell it to me

I bought the whiteline bushes from clarks only a tenner more than the nissan ones and are a push fit so no need for a press
