It was only when I tried another set, then removed them altogether, we found it was actually his bonnet/hinges that were the issue and not the dampers. Try your bonnet without them connected. I'll have a go at that when I can, but I can remember lifting the bonnet up and down freely before I fitted the dampers. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Anyone else had this or know how to fix it? Just out of interest, pm me the supplier of your struts. It could be a bad batch issue, if we got from the same place.
