Rattling cubby hole cover

Ive searched the forum but this problem is getting a bit annoying now!!! (well when the stereo isn't on!!!) but im getting a rattle when the cars cold from the cubby hole / sat nav cover, it seems to go when i put a bit of pressure on it or when the interior has warmed up.

 

Anyone else had this problem? is there any way to tighten it up, screws etc?

I have the same problem with my cubby hole cover when it's up using the satnav. Seems to come from the push button to open the cubby hole. Asked the stealer about it, but as usual no help as the say not much they can do about it. It is definately worse when cabin is cold. And very annoying!!

Not really a solution and would only work some of the time BUT are you usually leaving your hose wen the car is cold? Not sure about me but I know my way about where I live so no need for te sat nav until the car is heated up!

 

Told you it wasn't a solution, just a bit of thinking as I HATE rattles with a passion!

Thanks for the help, think I will just put up with the rattle, (not too bad!) when off on long journeys. To be honest I either turn up the stereo when going slow or listen to the V6 when going a little faster!!
