Is there a rattlesnake under my bonnet?

Ok, so slightly related to the title.

I was away for a month, the car was parked outside and not run during that time.

The first time I started it, it sounded so rattley I thought I was only firing on 5 cylinders. It got better after 10 minutes or so while I was trying to locate the problem, so my engineers brain put it down to all the oil draining from rocker gear etc and it was just complaining until oil got round.

Oil level and pressure is fine after a check. Is it just because it's the first time I've heard it that it's worried me or should I actually be worried?

Thanks for any help/suggestions in advance.

Shiner.
