4th & 5th October- Potential Meet? RACEWARS- Kirkbride

Hi Guys,

 

This has been posted up on a few forums and is looking to be a major event.

 

The event will be held at Kirkbride Airfield in Cumbria with full security and race organisation.

Racewars, a new event for the north of the UK and the ultimate grudge match. Bringing you a lifestyle Drag Racing event, go head to head against your mates and receive timing tickets for every run for those bragging rights in the pub. We also have a Massive Show and Shine competition with mega prizes, and if you are not into polishing then we also have the best Rat Car at the show. If creating smoke is your thing, try going in the burnout box, with prizes for the most smoke and the longest burnout.

After the racing has finished for the day on Saturday, we will be hosting a party with licenced bar and DJ.

For those who would like to spend the full weekend at the event, camping is available on Saturday night.

 

Its £30 for spectator pass with camping for the weekend.

 

Its £90 for Race pass for both days and camping.

 

 

Would be good to get a group together to attend this as its looking to be a fun event.

Not really my bag, but you should be aware what a god-forsaken windswept place Kirkbride airfield is!

Racewars is gathering some good momentum now. The ticket sales pages isnt reflecting ticket purchases properly so it's busier than it currently looks.
