shortening links to other sites

Can anyone tell me how to rename a link? for example when copying a really long link to another website area and you want to change it to just say 'click here'

 

I can do it on other forums I use but can't see how on here. Ta

simply do the following - replacing { & } with [ & ]

 

{url=http://www.your.link.here}Text to click{/url}

 

Ill edit your post to include a clickable link, you can then click edit to see what Ive added...
