VW VNT Turbo problem

Hi, got my turbo stripped and cleaned (it was seized solid with carbon) and have noticed that one of the vane stems is bent at the top - see photos.

Anyone got any experience of these turbos? - the bent one does not look right at all! Thanks for looking.
