Damp Patch Air Con?

Cam back from london sunday night, driving rain, car steams up so blast air con on...

 

next day notice the passenger floor is soaking, could this be the aircon leaking??? anyone had this?

Havn't had that problem but it could be. Possibly also a water leak with all this rain we've been having.

Well if it's the passenger floor and not your trousers that have a damp patch then maybe. I can't remember where the drain for the aircon is but I believe it is at the passenger side!

had a similar problem on another car though , probably the air con drain tube come unclipped , letting water into the cabin

Check that the drainage tube in the engine bay isn't blocked. On a warm day after having the air con blasting it should deposit the liquid on the ground. If not, it's probably blocked or disconnected.

Have you done a audio installation recently? Sometimes the water comes in via those electrical wires layed down for the new audio.
