Fuel Level Sensor Voltage

Hi All,

 

I'm after a quick bit of info.... Does anyone know the operating voltage of the fuel level sensor in the 350?

 

Is it 5v or 12v??

Fuel level sensor is resistance based not voltage.

It will have a voltage supply, for example on the Ford fiesta it has a 5v reference supply line fed from the cluster. No idea what it is on the zed unfortunately.

The sender doesn't need a voltage its just a variable resistor, check the manual, the display however I would suspect does have a voltage supply.
