Who sells new OEM parts?

Evening all,

 

I think I may have asked this at some point last year - if I had some part numbers for some interior parts I wanted to buy, who would I ask?

 

I'm not talking used, second-hand, refurbished - I mean brand new OEM parts as a Nissan dealer would sell you.

 

I've got some interior part codes I need to order so wondered if anyone could help.
