replacement wind screen

auto glass are having trouble locating me a screen because they say my screen is heated where the wipers sit............. nissan say they dont do a heated screen.......... can anybody shed any light on this.........

some JDM windscreens are heated. Optional extra. Recent post about it on here if you have a search. think it was to do with Ming's car

i have just discovered there is NO heated screen on the zed......... the so called heatin element is just for show because there is no wires to it...!! the only other type of screen has a radio antenna in it......!! problem solved.!!

problem goes on................ wen the fitter started to remove the screen we found the heater element wires............. so we pluged it in and it didnt work..................

 

so we then circuit tested the loom for power and there wasnt any ?????

 

 

so has anyone got a heated screen or heated mirrors...??

No idea about the wires but at least you are getting on better than when I got RAC Auto Windscreens to do mine last year.

 

They dropped it in the depot and had to order another one
