flyboy Posted November 16, 2013 Share Posted November 16, 2013 (edited) As the title says I added a bluetooth module to the Bose HU today. Did the Bose Hack first then fitted a new 5v USB supply by dismantling and using an old cigarette lighter to USB charger Mounted the bluetooth module under the centre console so it cant be seen. It charges off a mini USB and inputs into the Bose Hack aux input. The 5v supply is an aux switched supply from the heated seat switch so will only charge the bluetooth module when the ignition is on and wont drain the car battery My phone can connect to more than one bluetooth unit so I can now stream music from my mobile and still be connected to the original BT phone. It even cuts out the music from the speakers to answer the phone. One problem though........ the BT handsfree used to play through the stereo speakers now it just plays through a small tinny speaker under the steering wheel, Anybody know how to get the phone to play through the speakers again???
