Personally, I don't mind, but I'm pretty sure that it can be regarded as illegal without a license, and it could cause problems for the forum. It would only take one disgruntled (ex) member to grass... I remember taking part in a "raffle" on a bike forum before. It seemed to all be in good spirits, but after the first "contest", all kinds of legal crap was being thrown about etc...but then again, that particular forum was based in the US, so dunno what the law is like here...
