Import zed spark plugs

Hi all I'm new to the forum so hopefully I'm posting in the right section. I've recently just brought av8er's zed and I'm booking it in for a p3 service. The garage I'm taking it to is having problems with nissan finding the right spark plugs for some reason! It's a 2003 import zed. Wondering if you clever guys no some decent spark plugs I can put in? And where I can get them from? Thanks in advance
