Also, since when do disabled drivers get the right to park on double yellow lines?

 

Yeah I was thinking that, but didn't want to be the first to post it

 

I thought the disabled badge just allowed them to park in the specific disabled parking spots and not just randomly where they feel like it

 

no that badge means they can block the road with complete immunity...

as you can see I hate disabled badged cars

 

I had a real bust up with a driver when I tried to get in my fathers drive a few years back and found it blocked by a disable badged car

 

I waited for 1 hour for the owner to return so I could tear them off a strip, saw this guy swanning up the road obviously nothing wrong with him.. he was carrying two heavy bags of shopping b0llocked him black and blue and smiled as he drove off with 4 flat tyres Revenge is sweet..
